Worm orders are guaranteed to arrive alive and as advertised. You, not Topline, are responsible for their condition and care after their arrival. If there is a problem with your worm order, call us immediately! Worms that are delivered but not opened and installed in their new home, in a timely manner, are considered to have been delivered alive. Worms delivered to rural addresses are considered to have been delivered alive at the time of delivery. Customers with rural addresses must contact Topline within 60 minutes (one hour) of the US Postal Delivery Confirmation Time if there are problems with the order! If you do not contact us within 60 minutes of the USPS Delivery Time Confirmation, the delivery is considered to have been alive and the guarantee will not apply. The US Postal Delivery Confirmation date and time constitutes PROOF OF DELIVERY.

Hissing Cockroach Orders: Shipped by USPS Express Mail are guaranteed to arrive alive and as advertized. Hissers shipped by any other method are not guaranteed. Express Mail Hisser shipments require a signature for delivery. Shipments must be signed for by the customer on the first attempt by the Postal Service to deliver the package or the guarantee is void. Dead hissers must be returned to Topline for replacement or refund (at our discretion). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If phoning in your order, you will need is to have your checkbook handy as well as the printed copy of your order when you call our Toll Free order number (1-888-922-0464).

When faxing your order simply fax the printed order form.

You do not need to sign the check, we will print and deposit it. It works just like any other check you write and there is no additional charge for processing! You will receive a notice of the transaction by email and/or USPost.

Bounced checks (may it never happen!) are subject to a $35.00 collection fee.

As with all other transactions, your private information is kept confidential by Topline.
